RFS 2000 Rocket Proposals

Free Rockets will be given away (maximum of one per congressional district). To be eligible for free rockets, student teams must write a proposal. The guidelines for proposals are listed below:

Judges will not discriminate between computer generated or hand sketched patches. All patch designs will be displayed at launch weekend.
