Gamma Ray Bursts, Supernovae, GLAST

The Gamma-ray Large Area Space Telescope (GLAST) is scheduled for launch by NASA in March 2006. The product of a multi-agency, international collaboration, GLAST will study the cosmos in the energy range 10 keV to 300 GeV. I will briefly discuss GLAST's two scientific instruments, the high-energy imaging Large Area Telescope, and the on board Gamma-ray Burst Monitor, and related investigations into the spectra and time histories of gamma-ray bursts.
